The safety belt with the cover gives soft feeling and in wearing prevents user's clothes from soiling by the belt. The belt includes; drawing terminal (2) having drawing hole (2') and drawing mouth (2a) in projection on one side of the case; winding body (5) having winding room (4); guide groove (16) mounted at stoper mount (15); stoper (19) formed integrally with connecting for (19a) , handle (19b), fixing for (19d); protecting cover (21) including compressed sponge (20) wound at rotating shaft (8) in the winding room (4).
