<p>PURPOSE: To reduce manufacture cost, and to attain the manufacture of bread suitable to the taste of a user by using a microprocessor without any analog/ digital converting function. CONSTITUTION: At the time of starting the manufacture of bread by pressing a start key, a microprocessor 11 executes routine for detecting the abnormality of a thermistor. Then, whether or not a value stored in a temperature storage buffer 23 is 0 is judged after the routine. When the judged result is not 0, an H signal is outputted to an output terminal PO 7, and whether or not the signal H is inputted to an input terminal P1 is judged. When the synthetic value of resistance of a value of resistance set between the variable terminals of a variable resistance VR 11 and a resistance R 16 is set equal to the value of resistance of a thermistor TH 11, bread baking temperature is set variable within the range of about 170 deg.C±10 to 20 deg.C by the variable of the variable resistance VR 11.</p> |
