PURPOSE:To miniaturize a molding equipment and to save material cost by retreating a delivery eye to the original reciprocating position and thereafter traversing it toward the other end side when stopping of a filament member lengthened from the delivery eye is completed on a stopping projection by rotation of a mandrel which is performed in parallel with access to the mandrel of the delivery eye. CONSTITUTION:A delivery eye 4 is parallel moved as shown in an arrow (q) while keeping constant distance between a mandrel main body 1 preset by an X-Y table 12 and this delivery eye. At this time, the delivery eye is moved to the front part of the direction of Y-axis from a point of this time and approached to the circumferential surface part of the outer end part of a pin ring 2 of the mandrel main body 1. In the midway part of access, roving 6 impregnated with synthetic resin exists still between the pins 2a. In a state wherein access is completed, transfer to the direction of Y-axis is stopped. The delivery eye is stopped in the following pin 2a. When stopping is completed, the delivery eye 4 is retreated to the original reciprocating position at this time. Thereafter it is made a state engaged with the pin 2a and therefore it is transferred to the direction shown in an arrow (r) and returned.
