PRODUCTION OF VESSEL HAVING HANGER

摘要

PURPOSE:To efficiently and stably obtain a vessel with a fitted hanger which is excellent in strength by pinching the projecting part of a closed-end parison with an engraved part having a hanger shape of a blow mold and integrally molding the hanger together with the vessel in the case of molding this vessel. CONSTITUTION:A closed-end parison 6 which has a projecting part 7 regulated at the prescribed temp. and is made of synthetic resin is pinched by both a blowing core 1 and a neck mold 2 and positioned in the interval a blow mold 3. A stretching rod 4 positioned to the inside of the of closed-end parison 6 is actuated to stretch this parison 6 to the longitudinal direction. The projecting part 7 of the parison 6 is reached the position of a hanger-shaped engraved part 5 provided to the blow mold 3. This blow mold 3 is closed and the projecting part 7 of this parison 6 is pinched by the hanger-shaped engraved part provided to the lower part of the blow mold 3 and the hanger is formed. Then air is blown into the closed-end parison to form a bottlelike vessel. The inside part of the part becoming the hanger is punched by actuating the punching mechanisms 8, 8' to form an opening part.
