The machine can put its booms through a small deck hole to work on the inner ceiling of the ship. The machine mounted on the deck, has a boom for putting a man through tank hole, an assembled work station for rotating freely and adjusting the position angle to work at any position. The machine comprises cylinder (4) with inner three booms (5)(5')(5") and hydraulic device (7), standing on the frame (3), elevating rack (8) of each booms meshed with pinion gears (10) (10') of the outer cylinder (4), whichare connected with hydraulic motor (11); third boom (5) with hole (12a), wedges (13,13') latched to the cylinder (4); turning body (16) with gears; workstation (23) with guide roller, wire (21) of winch.
