<p>PURPOSE:To enhance the mutual close adhesiveness of constitutional members by winding a metal wire, which has yarn or monofilament composed of an org. or inorg. fiber having good adhesion to a matrix wound around the outer periphery thereof at a required pitch, around a pipe main body. CONSTITUTION:An orthogonal sheet prepreg 3 wherein the wt. basis of a carbon fiber is 150g/m<2> in the axial direction and 25g/m<2> in the peripheral direction and the content of an epoxy resin is 33wt.% is wound around a core 1 to form a laminated pipe main body 4. A titanium foil tape 5 (thickness; 25mum, width; 0.6mm) is spirally wound around the outer periphery of said laminated pipe main body 4 while glass fiber yarn 6 (diameter, 40mum, 5.6g/1000m) whose surface receives silane treatment for an epoxy resin is spirally wound around the outer periphery of said tape 5 at a pitch P'=2mm. A polypropylene tape (thickness, 30mum, width; 15mm) not shown in a drawing is wound around the outer periphery thereof under tension of 6kg. The whole is heated and cured at 130 deg.C for 2hr in a baking furnace.</p> |
