PURPOSE:To optimally code a data and to efficiently use a memory capacity by analyzing a data subject to input and readout request from a host device, applying code conversion to a data in response to the result of analysis to apply storage and readout. CONSTITUTION:The device is provided with a data analysis means 15 analyzing a data inputted from a host device 1 and a coding means 18 coding the data with a prescribed coding system in response to the result of analysis of the data analysis means 15. In the case of storing and reading the data, the data is analyzed and coded. Thus, the data is coded optimizingly and the memory capacity is used efficiently and the host device function is reduced to reduce the cost. |
