PURPOSE:To uniformly finish hole diameter by boring a prepared hole, inclining laser beam to the center axis, setting the inclined angle to angle getting extending line of the beam off to outside, matching a focus of the beam with the starting position and executing irradiation of the beam while rotating a material to be machined. CONSTITUTION:The prepared hole (c) having phido under remaining finishing thickness 8 is bored to the material 6 to be machined. Successively, the finish process with the laser beam irradiation is executed. The inclined angle theta for the laser bear 10 is set to the angle getting off to the outside from range of the finishing thickness 8 as the extending line 10 of laser beam progresses from the starting position to ending position. By executing the irradiation while matching the focus of laser beam 10 with the starting position (a) in the finishing thickness 8 and rotating the material 6 to be machined, hole diameter at the inlet side (a) part and hole diameter at the outlet side (b) part in the finishing hole (c) are almost equalized. Reason for this is considered that energy of the laser beam is reduced as coming to the ending position. By this method, the hole diameter in the material to be machined can be almost uniformly finished without developing any burr, etc. |
