摘要 |
PURPOSE:To improve resistance to spalling and erosion by slag by specifying Al2O3, MgO, CaO and lattice constant and combining spinel structure with corundum structure. CONSTITUTION:The subject clinker and refractory have a compsn. consisting of 99-99.45wt.% Al2O3, 0.5-8.5wt.% MgO and 0.05-1.5wt.% CaO in the clacined state, <=8.07Angstrom lattice constant measured by X-ray diffraction and spinel structure combined with corundum structure. Since the clinker contains well-grown crystals having spinel structure and the bulk density is high, it has resistance to erosion by slag close to that of spinel clinker. |
