PURPOSE:To obtain the lead-based dielectric ceramic composition having high permittivity by using Pb and the specified four components among the oxides of Mg, Nb, Zn, Fe, W or Ti as the main component and incorporating MgO as the auxiliary component. CONSTITUTION:The dielectric ceramic composition consists of 100 pts.wt. of the main component and 0.25-0.60 pts.wt. of MgO as the auxiliary component. The main component is expressed by the formula (a is 0.5-0.8, b is 0.14-0.35, c is 0.05-0.20, and d is 0.01-0.10). Meanwhile, a part of Nb in the main component is preferably substituted for <=30mol% Ta. In addition, MnO2 is preferably added to the main component by <=0.3mol%. The composition can be sintered at <=850 deg.C and has >=10,000 relative permittivity, <=3% dielectric power factor, >=10<11>OMEGA.cm electrical resitivity at 25 deg.C and >=10<10>OMEGA.cm electrical resistivity at 150 deg.C. |
