PURPOSE:To prevent the cancellation of a locking by a third party except that an access cryptographic information is appropriate by collating a sent cryptographic information with a predetermined cryptographic information when the access cryptographic information input coincides with the predeter mined access cryptographic information. CONSTITUTION:When a turning material 2 is turned to the predetermined posi tion, an ignition switch is turned on and the turning of the turning material 2 is controlled by a control means 4. On the other hand, a cryptographic informa tion is sent by a portable transmitting means 6. An access cryptographic informa tion is input by an input means 8 and this access cryptographic information is collated with the previously specified access cryptographic information by means 10. When this collated result is in a coincidence, the cryptographic infor mation sent from the described means 6 is collated with the previously specified cryptographic information by a means 12. When this collated result is in a coincidence, the control of the turning material 2 by the described means 4 is cancelled by a means 14. The turning of the turning material 2 is thereby impossible except that the access cryptographic information is appropriate. |
