ANTIOXIDATION DEVICE OF A PLAZMA COATING MATERIALS

The device for preventing oxidation of plasma spray materiae provides the melt of powders of metal or nonmetal with plasma of high energy which ionizes gas of electric arc-furnace. The device having plasma spray gun (G) arrangement consists of an anode tube (A) with inlet (P) of coating materials connected with powder removing device, and electrode rod (R). A diffusion hole (10) of gas is bored in the direction from 10 to 70 degree with the center shaft of curved tube (7).
