<p>The invention refers to medical engineering in orthopaedics and traumatology. In a distraction apparatus for osteosynthesis of alveolar bones, comprised of a supporting unit (1) clamp type plate (3) having a number of openings (4) and with two fixing pins (10) secured between the arms of the referred to clamp type plate (3), distraction units (2) with a receptacle (18) and at least two distraction pins (19) adapted to it, threaded distraction rods (15) whose close ends are connected to the supporting unit (1), according to the invention, the fixing pins (10) of the supporting unit (1) are configured in parallel, one to another, found in a plane vertical to the planes of the clamp type plate (3), while each of the distraction units (2) is located on one of the distraction rods (15) with a potential of relative motion lengthwise its longitudinal axis, each of the distraction threaded rods (15) being situated on the clamp type plate (3) with a potential of angular motion, and the distraction pins (19) of each distraction unit (2) are cross fixed in the receptacle (18).</p> |
