摘要 PURPOSE:To eliminate the fluctuation of temp. in the reaction pipes in the inner part of the reforming equipment in the subject plant provided with the reforming equipment and fuel cells by providing the gas supply lines provide with adjusting valves for locally cooling the reaction pipes. CONSTITUTION:The reformed gas obtained in the reforming equipment in which a raw fuel gas, such as natural gas, is reformed to produce a hydrogen-rich reformed gas is introduced to a fuel electrode as fuel gas. An oxidizing agent gas, such as air, is introduced to an oxidizing agent electrode to generate electric energy by an electrochemical reaction. In this fuel cell power generating plant, gas supply lines 4a-4c are provide in the outer vessel 1 of reforming equipment so that cooling gas is supplied to one or more parts of the combustion chamber of reforming equipment from the outside through valves 5a-5c suitably opened so as to locally cool the reaction pipes 2a-2n. By this method, the fluctuation of temp. distribution in each reaction pipe 2 is reduced, and the durability and capacity of reforming equipment is improved.
