The invention relates to a reinforced concrete prefabricated element and the framing made out of it, for supporting roofs of houses and public buildings. The reinforced concrete prefabricated element is made up of a beam and a post, forming some vertical reinforced concrete units, that can be lateral or central, of corresponding size, and which, by being fastened at the upper part with some framing rods, can form the framing beam.
