PURPOSE:To provide easy installation and multi purpose by forming a face plate with photo detecting optical fibers of diameter equal to the wave length of solar rays and by mounting optical fiber for transmission purposes at the center of a mirror and a parabolic mirror having a small parabolic convex mirror at the focus point. CONSTITUTION:A flat face plate 2 of about 1cm thickness is made by coherently bundling photo receiving optical fibers of diameter about 0.5-2mu. A parabolic mirror 3, having optical fiber cable for transmission purposes 5 in the center M, is provided behind the face plate. At the focus point of the parabolic mirror 3, a secondary parabolic convex mirror is fixed opposing the parabolic mirror 3. Physical and optical properties of find optical fibers constituting the face plate 2 produces a function of automatically tracking the direction of the sun which makes a tracking device unnecessary. The lights within the incident angle determined by the number of fibers of the face plate opening can be collected. Multipurpose device is thus obtained. |
