PURPOSE:To prevent the telephone system from being used even when a possessor leaves an automobile telephone terminal equipment without saying attention to locking by devising such that locking is one automatically after a prescribed time elapses after the locking is off. CONSTITUTION:A clock circuit 9 is backed up by a battery or a capacitor and operated even at the time of turning off a power supply and locking is on automatically at a prescribed time elapse after locking is off. A control section 1 enters the clock processing at each count time of the clock circuit 9 and locking is on when the locking is off for a prescribed time elapse up to now after the time of preceding locking is off.
