The cooling apparatus keeps the the aulomobile engine at the optimal temperature. The apparatus includes; a flange fixed at the engine, pump housing (100) composed of a hub having a circular pipe shape; belt pulley (200) mounted with a bearing at the periphery of the hub; rotor (300) fixed with clutching plate and water pump wings positioned at the ends of flange portion; electronmagnet ring (400) operating according to the temperature of engine.
