PURPOSE:To solve problems for a voltage variation, phase variation, unworking range and large capacity, without changing resistors R by inserting the resistors and variable connection degree elements in series respectively between P and earth, N and earth of an output circuit. CONSTITUTION:An operational amplifier is formed to a detecting circuit 2 for voltage VCE between a P-N intermediate potential and the earth, and low-pass filter circuits 3, 4 are used in common, one for a voltage VCEO for DC components signal after the low-pass filteration is made for the VCE and another for a negative value of the product of DC components signal IEO after the low-pass filteration is made for the earth current of the output circuit and an internal DC resistance RIN of the output circuit. Band-pass filter circuits 5, 6 are used in common partially for a signal voltage VCES for reference frequency components after the band-pass filteration is made for the VCE and for a negative value of sinewave voltage VS for reference frequency. The variable connection degree elements 9, 10 in output circuit 8 and a diode inserted in series are protective elements, and a back flow of current is interrupted by them also. With this arrangement, the problems for the voltage variation, phase variation, unworking range and large capacity can be solved without changing the resistors R. |
