PURPOSE:To secure the required sealing property by coupling a latch device and a striker at the half-closed position of a door, pulling the door from the half-closed position to the completely-closed position with the signal of a coupling detecting means, and pulling the door further to the inside when running at a high speed. CONSTITUTION:A door lock device is constituted of a striker 7 engaged with a latch device 4 to close and hold a door 1 and a driving device 9 moving the striker 7 in the closing direction of the door 1. When the door 1 is closed, a latch member 36 is rotated while the striker 7 is coupled with a notch 39, a latch switch 41 is operated, an eccentric cam is rotated by the preset angle by the reverse rotation of a DC motor, and the door 1 is completely closed. When the vehicle speed exceeds a preset value, a speed switch is closed to reversely rotate the DC motor, and the striker 7 is pulled further to the inside of a car body. The complete closing action after the full-latch state is automatically performed, and the required sealing property can be secured at the time of high-speed running. |
