<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the malfunction of a circuit by stopping the operation of an output buffer circuit having a data output terminal when the change of the input signals of a control signal input terminal and address signal input terminals is detected. CONSTITUTION:Detection circuits TD11 detecting the change of the input signals for the control signal input terminal, CE1 and a part of or all the address signal input terminals A0-A3 are provided and the operation of the output buffer circuit OB1 driving the data output terminal DATA1 is stopped by the output signal of the detection circuit when the input signals are changed. Thus, the unnecessary operation of the output buffer circuit OB1 is prohibited and the malfunction of the circuit owing to the fluctuation of a power voltage and a ground potential, which occurs by the unnecessary operation of the output buffer circuit OB1 can be prevented.</p> |
