PURPOSE:To reduce the size of a load module by including local data information and local data proximity information in an object module and superposing and allocating local data between modules by object module editing/connecting processing. CONSTITUTION:At the time of forming an object module, a language processing means 4 forms and stores the local data proximity information of local data in accordance with local data information and an instruction for referring the data concerned. An object module connecting/editing processing means 5 inputs the local data information of plural object modules, superposes and allocates plural local data having exclusive relation between plural modules and forms a proximity object for the local data proximity information based upon the address of the allocated local data. Consequently, the load module can be constituted so as not to be enlarged.
