<p>PURPOSE:To contrive miniaturization and thin formation of the subject device by providing a metal substrate on which electronic parts are mounted and its wiring pattern is formed on the other surface and a mode changeover position detecting mechanism having a contact disposed on a mode changeover rotary body and a mode detecting wiring pattern formed on the other surface of the metal substrate. CONSTITUTION:A main chassis 11 is provided on the other surface with the wiring pattern 51 for forming a function of a recording and reproducing mechanism 21, a tape driving mechanism 31 and a mode changeover mechanism 41 and the electric parts 52 connected to the wiring pattern 51. Then, a contact plate 62 having a contact spring 64 constituting the mode changeover position detecting mechanism 61 is disposed coaxially with a mode cam gear 42, while the mode detecting wiring pattern 65 for making contact with the contacts (a) and (b) of the contact spring 62 is formed on the main chassis 11 which is a metal core substrate, thus reducing drastically the space for setting up the mode changeover position detecting mechanism 61. By this method, the miniaturization and thin formation of the device can be contrived.</p> |
