The electrical shock system is used on buildings as a means fo scaring off birds, and in particular pigeons. The system employs a plastic strip material (1) that is located on he relevant sections of a building, such as the edges of balconies. The strip has a pair of embedded cables (3,4) and the main body has an I shape and is produced of a PVC material. The cables are connected to a supply via a control unit that has an LED display to indicate when the voltage of the batteries is low. ADVANTAGE - Discourages birds from setting on buildings.
