<p>PURPOSE:To preclude plating peeling and to improve the durability by activating the flank of the outer peripheral part of a disk by a reverse electrolytic treatment and then providing anticorrosive plating. CONSTITUTION:Disks 2 which have pressure sensors 1 provided in the outer peripheral parts are provided successively and concentrically in the direction of the roll axis of a roll which detects pressing forces at respective width- directional parts of a traveling rolled material, and gaps 11 are formed between the outer peripheral flanks 10 of adjacent disks 2 to prevent the outer peripheral parts from interferring with each other. Stiff oxdes and compounds formed on the flanks 10 are dissolved away by the reverse electrolytic treatment to active the surfaces, which are provided with the anticorrosive plating. Consequently, the plating is connected strongly to the outer peripheries of the disks to obtain excellent adhesive strength and even if soluble oil enters the gaps 11, the flanks 10 never corrode for a long period, thereby preventing the gaps from being closed.</p> |
