<p>PURPOSE:To improve the connection reliability of a common voltage supply terminal by providing a dummy terminal on the outside or both sides of the common voltage supply terminal. CONSTITUTION:Two pieces of dummy terminals 24, and one piece of dummy terminal 24 are provided on the outside of a common voltage supply terminal 22, and between a signal voltage supply terminal (drain signal terminal) 21 and the common voltage supply terminal 22, respectively. Also, an inspection pad 25 connected to the common voltage supply terminal 22 is provided. This inspection pad 25 utilizes a substrate discriminating substrate number formed simultaneously at the time of forming Cr for constituting, for instance, a gate electrode. In such a way, by providing the dummy terminal 24 on the outside of the common transparent picture element electrode 22, the connection reliability of the common voltage supply terminal 22 and an output terminal of tape automated bonding (TAB) is improved.</p> |
