PURPOSE:To enhance density of a terminal of a trimming base and increase its strength by leaning an outer peripheral section of a resin felt formed larger than a lower section molded surface of a bottom force against a lower section side wall and pressing the outer peripheral section of said resin felt by means of a projected upper section molded surface of a top force. CONSTITUTION:A resin felt 22 formed larger than a lower section molded surface 15 of a bottom force 12 of a press mold 11 is placed on said lower section molded surface 15, and an outer peripheral section 22a of said resin felt 22 is leaned against a side wall 16 of a bottom force 12. Then, the outer peripheral section 22a of the resin felt 22 is pressed to a main body 22b of the resin felt 22 in contact with the lower section mold surface 15 of the bottom force 12 by means of an upper section molded surface 18 of a top force 13 of said press mold 11. The outer peripheral section 22a of said resin felt 22 is folded to the main body 22b side of the resin felt 22 by said arrangement and heat press molded. As a result, the density of a terminal 21a of a trimming base 21 can be enhanced and its strength can be increased. |
