PURPOSE:To improve pressure staining resisting properties by preparing a paint composition by compounding a mirocapsule having a film material composed of a synthetic resin and a binder composed of copolymer latexes of two or three kinds of different compositions. CONSTITUTION:A binder is prepared by mixing 10 - 50wt.% of copolymer latex A having a mean particle size of 2,000Angstrom or more, 90 - 50wt.% of copolymer latex B having a mean particle size of 1,000 - 2,000Angstrom and 0 - 30wt.% of copolymer latex C having a mean particle size of below 1,000Angstrom . Each of the aforementioned copolymer latexes is synthesized from 20 - 60wt.% of an aliphatic conjugated diene monomer, 1 - 10wt.% of an ethylenic unsaturated carboxylic acid monomer and 30 - 79wt.% of a monomer copolymerizable with both monomers. A microcapsule having a film material composed of a synthetic resin and the aforementioned binder are compounded to prepare a paint composition for pressure-sensitive copy paper. |
