<p>PURPOSE:To eliminate the need of an outside electric element by arranging 1st and 2nd conductive films and a capacitor at specified positions. CONSTITUTION:The capacitor is arranged at the part of a dead space DS shown by crosshatching. A 1st electrode constituting the capacitor consists of a Cr film g1 for forming a gate electrode, a Cr film d1 for forming a drain electrode, an A1 film d2 for forming a drain electrode and an ITO film ITO1 for a transparent picture element electrode which are formed on a lower transparent glass substrate SUB 1 and a 2nd electrode consists of a light shielding film BM and an ITO film ITO2 for a common transparent picture element electrode which are formed on an upper transparent glass substrate SUB 2. Thus, the outside electric element is made needless.</p> |
