PURPOSE:To improve freedom of transfer operation of a work, by mounting a driving source to each X, Y directional running table and performing independent running operation. CONSTITUTION:Transfer of a work is performed between stations by, for instance, an X-directional running table 2, and a motor 14 of original driving source is mounted to the table 2. Then a pinion 19, driven by the motor 14 through a timing belt 18, is meshed to a rack 20, provided in an X-direction, simultaneously a table stop position detecting mechanism, electromagnetic brake and original point resetting mechanism are combined. In this constitution, tables, provided in a necessary place, are simultaneously started and transferred to each optional position, and then all tables can be returned to the original position. |
