<p>PURPOSE:To display the inspected result of a library by adding the place code of each library and a register number uniformly determined in each library to a wiring unit to form a reading tabulation file, deciding whether each library is out of a condition or not and returned or not by an abbreviated bibliography master and displaying the decided result. CONSTITUTION:A place code 2 is added to each stack to indicate the position of each library and a register number 4 is uniformly determined in each library. The place code 2 is read out by an OCR hand scanner 1 and stored in the memory of a personal computer 3 and then the register number 4 is read out and stored in an auxiliary storage device 10 as a tabulation file 5. The stack position of each library is decided by the read place code 2 and register number 4 and displayed on a display 13. Then the personal computer 3 reads out the abbreviated bibliography master 6 by the register number 4 and whether the library is returned or not is decided by checking an absence section and displayed. Consequently, the inspected result can be detected at the time of inspecting a library in a stack-room and its processing can be executed.</p> |
