PURPOSE: To eliminate an undesired glare due to a light reflection of a molded product surface by laminating a surface layer blended with a light diffusing agent of polymer particles in a matrix made of a synthetic resin on a base, and molding the molding. CONSTITUTION: A synthetic resin and a light diffusing agent made of polymer particles are kneaded and dispersed in an extruder to mold a surface layer material. A base material and the layer material are co-extruded to obtain a molded product in which a surface layer having a film thickness of 20μm or more is provided on a base surface and a surface gloss is removed. As an embodiment of a synthetic resin used as the matrix, a polyolefin resin, polyester resin, polyamide resin, polycarbonate resin or the like is used. As the diffusing agent, particles made of an alkyl(meth)acrylate resin, monovinylarene resin, vinylcarboxylate resin or the like are suitably used.
