PURPOSE:To automatically fit a sheet material between press plates by reliably taking out a sheet material for one product from stacked sheet materials used for manufacturing a copper laminate plate for print circuit board without shifting between the sheet materials. CONSTITUTION:A stack of designated plural sheet materials (hereinafter referred to as a article 1) is shifted from the adjacent upper and lower set articles at least at one side, so that the set articles are alternately loaded at the same position. Subsequently, the set article 1 under the uppermost is shifted and the loaded parts are pressed downward to form a space with the uppermost set article 1. The first guide 5 is inserted in the thus formed space to push up the end portion of the uppermost set article 1. The second guides 6, 6' are pushed in under the lower surface of the thus pushed-up uppermost set article 1, and the second guides 6, 6' are moved upward, to keep the uppermost set article 1 at a fixed position. Then, the end edge of the set article is held and taken out. |
