The device consists of a duct (1) with opened top part, into which two sets of opposite, forcedly revolving circular plates protrude (3) whose remaining parts protrude into a pair of cooling boxes (6, 7) arranged opposite each other at side walls of the duct (1), outside of which the circular plates are in contact with wiping bars (8, 9) arranged in the direction from the centre of the circular plates (3) towards their lower circumference. Under each set of wiping bars (8, 9) there is a collecting trough (10, 11) for collecting and outlet of the wiped off solid particles.<IMAGE>
