Ear drops containing from 3 to 19 weight percent, or to advantage from 5 to 15 weight percent of amino acid that contains thiol-group, to advantage cysteine or its pharmaceutically acceptable salts or pantotheine or disulfiram, from 0.01 to 6.00 percent, to advantage 0.1 to 3.0 percent of antibiotic agent of aminoglycoside type or polymyxin B, from 0.01 to 5.00 percent of anti-inflammation agent of steroid type and eventually from 1 to 11 percent of keratolytically efficient aromatic acids together with additives and carriers used in otology for ear drops.
