The invention concerns gravel hydro-insulation material, particularly work in the wet. It is designed primarily for roof covers and can be used as a cladding cover for roof covers and also for sticking hydro-insulation foils. The material consists of 3 to 6 mass parts of the base of this material which is formed by 13 to 50 % by weight acetone, toluene, solvent naphtha or their combinations, 10 to 75 % by weight waste resins remaining from vacuum distillation for the production of dimethylterephthalate, further 2 to 15 % by weight of a softener and 8 to 25 % by weight of a copolymer of vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate, and further consists of 1 to 5 mass parts of rubber coagulate as a waste base from a column after degassing of butadiene-styrene latex, 0.1 to 2 mass parts of a copolymer of butyl methyl methacrylate or polymer of butyl methacrylate and 0.l to 0.5 mass parts polybutyl acrylate.
