PURPOSE: To provide a reliable sealing by injecting a curable composition made of free radical polymeric vinyl ester and its rapid free radical curing method compound and having specific viscosity into a groove which exists at least on one of two parts after the curing method becomes inactivated. CONSTITUTION: Free radical polymeric vinyl ester is made of middle to long chain two or polyfunctional value prepolymer having a vinyl reaction terminal group and a cross-linking control monomer which is reactive to a middle to long chain prepolymer, soluble and miscible. A composition is a multiple liquid type composition, one liquid contains an initiator and the other contains an activator, and fluid in a range of 200 to 500,000 mPas at temperature of viscosity 25 deg.C is formed by mixing both of the liquids at the time of injection. Rapid curing is required for performance of sealing in a short period of time and for stopping an excessive flow rate of the composition, and the groove forming a gasket has a cross section of about the maximum 3 mm×3 mm. Consequently, it is possible to form the gasket between two parts at a working site. |
