Organosiloxane amine copolycondensates as statistic or block copolycondensates or mixtures thereof consisting of the units <IMAGE> (I) and X-R4(II) in which R1 to R4 is <IMAGE> (III) and R5 is bound directly to the nitrogen atom or the single-bonding X group and is alkylene, cycloalkylene or <IMAGE> or <IMAGE> in which n is 1 to 6 and m 0 to 6. The free valences of the oxygen atoms bound to the silicon atom are saturated by silicon atoms of further groups of formula III, optionally with the inclusion of cross-linking agents, X stands for NH2, NH(CH2)2NH2, NH(CH2)2NH(CH2)2NH2, Cl, Br, I, <IMAGE> <IMAGE> in which R'' is H or alkyl. In addition, preparation methods and the use of the products for the removal of dissolved metals from the liquid phase or for the adsorption of gaseous compounds.
