The invention is concerned with the composition and preparation of constant and physically resistant ferrite dispersion in liquid and other fluid and semi-fluid media. It brings a simplified production technology for ferroliquid, which has longer functional life, thermal resistance and greater variety of physical characteristics. Its essence is that the precipitated, partially modified ferrites and/or ferrites with prepared surfaces are mixed with incorporated surfactants with fluid structural dispersions of paramagnetic components and diamagnetic components. This mixture is mechanically uniformly pre-homogenised, then full homogenisation is performed with concurrent cleavage and evaporation of present water and possible alcohols and used solvents.
