The device consists of a main shackle (1) on which arms (3, 4) are suspended by means of loops (2). The arms (3, 4) are attached by means of pins (8) into arm holders (6). The holder is equipped with a rotation controller (5), while the arms (3, 4) are terminated by vertical, mutually collateral, surfaces (11) of a clamping jaw (10), rotatingly connected with a sleeve (7) equipped with a reinforcement (12) and a rotation device. The jaws (10) and the sleeve (7) are connected with the holder (6) by means of a T-shaped pin (9).<IMAGE>
