<p>PURPOSE:To make packing of molding sand uniform by arranging rectangular frame body in a blow plate and providing venting holes in an outer frame and inner frame. CONSTITUTION:In the subject device sucking the molding sand into a rising flask 10 and casting flask 11 from blow head, the rectangular frame body 7 is arranged in the blow plate 6 and also the outer flask 12 composed of the raising flask 10 having the casting flask 11 and first venting holes 13a, 13b and the inner flask 16 as attachable/detachable having second venting holes 17a, 17b are provided. By this method, even in the case pattern has complicated shape, the packing of molding sand is uniformly executed over the whole casting flask and the mold having the necessary hardness can be easily and surely manufactured.</p> |
