PURPOSE:To prevent the drop in positioning accuracy by using a positioning hole which differs whenever each manufacturing process is positioned. CONSTITUTION:In a punching process, positioning pins 6a to 6d designed to position a stage 6 are inserted into positioning holes for punching on a green sheet 1 so as to fix the sheet 1 on the stage 6. In a via printing process, positioning pins 7a to 7d are inserted into positioning pins 3a to 3d for printing on the sheet 1 so as to fix the sheet 1 on a stage 7. In a conductor printing process, positioning pins 8a to 8d are inserted into positioning holes 4a to 4d for conductor printing so as to fix the sheet on a stage 8. In a laminating process, positioning pins 9a to 9d are inserted into positioning holes 5a to 5d for lamination so as to fix the sheet 1 on a stage 9. |
