The rotational impulse reversible mechanism, mainly of rotation moment device, for example for pneumatic tightening device has an impulse cam (8) arranged on its rotating output shaft (2). The impulse cam (8), which is symmetrical according to the plane containing its rotation axis (9), consists of at least first and second cam surface (10, 11). The first cam surface (10) of the impulse cam (8) consists of two cylindrical surfaces (28, 29), which are symmetrical according the symmetry plane of the impulse cam (8) and which are mutually transitioning into each other on this symmetry plane in the top (3) of the first cam surface (10) of the impulse cam (8). For reduction of the level of vibration, as well as for increasing the efficiency of the machine the semi-diameters of the curvature of the cylindrical surface (28, 29) of the first cam surface (10) of the impulse cam (8) are larger than the distance of the inner edges (31, 32) of impact surfaces (12, 13) of the impulse cam (8) from its rotation axis (9) and smaller then a sextuple of this distance.<IMAGE>
