PLASTIC LUBRICANT AND METHOD OF ITS PRODUCTION

The plastic lubricant is made of a homogenous mixture of 30 to 75 % by weight synthetic oil on a base of trimethylolpropantriester monocarboxylic acids with 7 to 10 atoms carbon and 25 to 70 % by weight copper phthalocyanine of alpha or beta modification; the mixture can further contain silicon dioxide. The homogenizing components are prepared by plasticisation at 120 to 200 degrees C. The lubricant can be used at temperatures of 150 to 175 degrees C.
