METHOD OF WASTE GAS TREATMENT FROM FORMALDEHYDE PRODUCTION

The solution deals with waste gas that is emitted from two or more individual producing plants of formaldehyde on silver accelerator. Its goal is to use the potential energy content of waste gas and to eliminate its present toxic substances. The above-mentioned goal is achieved by preservation of hydrogen concentration above 17 percent by weight by time lag of the maximal activity of silver accelerator in individual producing plants. Subsequently, waste gas undergoes combustion at the temperature from 900 to 1,300 degrees C.
