<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a socket part of rigid construction by providing a socket part having a hose insertion hole, a division for dividing the hose insertion hole and a recessed stepped through-hole on the internal surface thereof, and a nipple inserted in the socket. CONSTITUTION:A socket part comprises a socket 1 and a nipple 5, and the socket 1 has a division 3 at the center part of a hose insertion cylindrical part 2 having hose insertion holes 2a and 2b formed concentrically with the socket 1. A through-hole 4 is formed on the division 3 and steps 4a and 4b are formed on the internal surface of the through-hole 4. The nipple 5 is inserted in the through-hole 4, and a bulge inside 5b is pressed into the stepped part 4a of the through-hole 4 due to a pressing force, thereby fixing the nipple 5 in the through-hole 4. A pressure resisting hose 6 is inserted in the aforesaid cylindrical 2, caulked and fixed. As a result, a brazing work can be eliminated and less expensive manufacture is ensured. Also, the nipple 5 becomes free from a fracture at the neck.</p> |
