<p>PURPOSE:To certainly conduct the switching of a cable way with a simple structure in a small space by disposing first, second, and third fixed contacts connected to different connecting wires on the same line, and constituting a movable contact made into sliding contact with them in such a manner as to be moved on this same line. CONSTITUTION:When the insulation resistance of an arrester 22 is measured, an air-tight cap 30 is first removed, a tool is connected to the collar part 21 of an operating body 19 and slid downward, and a movable contact 18 is moved from a first switching position to a second switching position. At that time, the movable contact 18 is separated from a first fixed contact 15 while sliding on a second fixed contact 16, and brought into slide contact with a third fixed contact 17, the second and third fixed contacts 16, 17 are connected to each other by the movable contact 18, and the arrester 22 is connected to a measuring terminal 25 through connecting wires 23, 28. Thus, an earthing conductor 29 is removed, and a megger is connected between the both terminals 25, 26, whereby the insulation resistance of the arrester 22 can be measured.</p> |
