<p>PURPOSE:To work a satisfactory hole shape by moving horizontally a printed board between a head and a supporting member and executing piercing by radiating a laser beam in a working target position of the printed board. CONSTITUTION:A printed board 1 is supported so as to freely slidable on the same plane in a position of at least three points in the periphery of a working position by holding a space on its rear. In the upper part of the position of three points in which supporting members 3,4 are provided, a head 12 for laser beam machining is fixed. By radiating a laser beam 7 from the head 12, piercing is executed. In that case, by moving horizontally the printed board 1 between the head 12 and the supporting member 3, piercing is executed to a working target position of the printed board 1. Also, in a space of the rear of the printed board 1, a laser detecting means 5 is provided, and by a signal therefrom, it is controlled to radiate the laser beam 7 and to drive horizontally the board 1. In such a way, the hole working positioning accuracy can be improved.</p> |
