The device is designed for parting cooked and uncooked paste matter in every production unit, where it is necessary to portion a large amount of processed paste products.The device consists of two moveable component parts, where one is used for shifting of the matter in horizontal direction and the second performs the parting itself with vertical movement. Both moveable component parts are mutually interconnected by means of guiding bars. The advantage of the device consists in the removal of laboriousness of the work, production output increase, and in ensuring the required quality of the products parted.<IMAGE>
