PURPOSE:To efficiently recover liquefied wax in a short time by executing recovery of the wax collected on a filter member under filling condition of gas for improving convective heat transfer or under flowing condition of high temp. gas. CONSTITUTION:A wax collecting device 4 composed of two sets of wax collecting units 5A, 5B is connected on the way of gas exhausting system 1 from a vacuum sintering furnace 2 to a vacuum pump 3. Cooling water is allowed to flow into a water cooling pipe 12A in one side of the unit 5A to cool the filter member 11A. Exhaust gas from the vacuum sintering furnace 2 is passed through a hausing 10A to agglomerate and stick the wax content to the filter member 11A. After the lapse of the prescribed time, the unit 5A is out off from the gas exhausting system 1 to stop supply of the cooling water. The filter member 11A is heated with an electric heater 15A and N2 gas, etc., from a gas supplying device 18 is supplied into the hausing 10A. The convective heat transfer is executed through this N2 gas and the filter member 11A is heated in a short time and the stuck wax content is liquefied and dropped into a recovery part 20A. By alternately changing over the units 5A, 5B, the collection and recovery of wax is repeated. |
